Travel around Catalunya

Catalunya (Catalonia) has a great transport infrastructure and within this section you’ll find a whole lot of information on all the ways of getting around. You can fly from the mainland to the islands but, if you’ve got the time, a far more exciting way would be to take the ferry from Barcelona - there’s nothing quite like arriving in a new city by sea.

If you’re bringing your own car or hiring one while you’re here and fancy a day in the city why not leave the car at the station and enjoy the view from the train and have the added benefit of not having to worry about parking?
